Double Drive Formatter (4MAT)
(Ver 1.0)
The Double Drive Formatter is a high speed disk formatting
program that runs in both the A and B disk drive. This
program is highly recommended for formatting numerous
disks. The Double Drive Formatter has been proven to
format faster than even DOS own FORMAT command.
USAGE: 4MAT [disk drive]
[disk drive] is represented by either A: or B:
If you omit the parameter disk drive, 4MAT by default assumes
that you want to format new disks in both the A and B drive.
EXAMPLE:
4MAT A: <- formats only in the A drive.
4MAT B: <- formats only in the B drive.
4MAT <- formats both A and B drive.
REQUIREMENTS: Works on IBM PC, XT and compatibles. Will not
work properly on some AT using high density disks.
