your WhizNote files into "WINDOWS hypertext help" easily and

3.1 or later.

using the SETUP program provided with it. Then run it, and you are
ready to go. Select menu item Help-Contents to look at the online
documentation. You will also find information on what is new in the
registered version.
HARDWARE/SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS :
WhizNotes runs on IBM compatibles and requires the use of Microsoft
Windows 3.1 or Windows 95. For Windows help Generation, it additionally
requires use of Microsoft Help Compiler 3.1 or later.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Run the Setup program provided with WhizNotes: From File menu in
the Windows Program Manager, choose Run and enter the full path
name of the Setup program in this directory. Click OK.
3. Enter your name and other information as desired then push "Proceed
with Installation".
4. Follow the prompts till the "Installation Complete" message appears.
Setup will add a WhizNotes group and icon in the program manager. By
default, WhizNotes will be installed in the directory C:\WHIZNOTS, but
Setup allows you to change it.
USE ONLINE HELP FOR GETTING STARTED WITH WHIZNOTES
Once you have installed WhizNotes, run it by double-clicking on the
program icon which is added to the Program Mangager. If you are using
WhizNotes for the first time, you are advised to make use of the
Online Help. Please look at WhizNotes Help by selecting menu item
Help-Contents. Then look at "Introduction", "Quick start tutorial" and
other interesting topics. If you have used WhizNotes before
then you may want to look at the topic "What is New in this Version" in
the Online Help.
Start using WhizNotes and explore the Online Help as you go.

WhizNotes is a Shareware program. That means you are expected to pay a
registration fee to the author in order to continue using this
software beyond the initial trial period of thirty days. Remember, the

HOW TO APPLY THE PATCH FOR UPDATING YOUR REGD VERSION TO V2.13
Just run the SETUP program supplied with this shareware version as
if you were installing the shareware version. It will automatically
recognize and update your registered version to V2.13. If it fails
to recognize your registered version then please reinstall your
registered version from disk and run it "at least once" before trying
