REGISTER.DOC - Quick info file on registration!
README.NOW - quick read me file accompanying w/ archive (hopefully)

If you got this file and it was called SMPL6070 then the above files
are split up into two separate archives - SIMPLE36 and SIMPLE37.
The archive SIMPLE36 is for users of Turbo Pascal 6.0, and SIMPLE37 is
for users of Turbo Pascal 7.0 (for which SimpleDoOr was originally
written - just to let you know).

Otherwise the file you got was called SIMPLE3 and contained the above
files. If the package was incomplete (i.e. it did not contain all
the files listed above) then you can get the full package from the
support boards listed at the end of this file (assuming, of course,
that this file is complete).

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
