ProtoMak 1.10

1. Added -a option to append the output to a specified file.
-this forces -c and -d options.

2. Corrected handling of "protomak -c test.c >>ptypes.h"
-The output was NOT correctly sent to the file being appended.

3. Improved the usage screen.

ProtoMak 1.20

1. Constructs with (...) and (char xyz,...) now do NOT insert a
"int" before the "...".

2. When "static" functions are declared the output will now
be "/*static*/dothis(xxx,xxx,yyy);".

3. Static functions can still be skipped via the "-s" option.

1. Improved memory management.

2. Added error test/abort if problems with opening xxx.pro.
