1. More Handshake tuning.

NOTE: The following versions supplied:

NMODEMTP.EXE Compiled with Turbo Pascal 6.0
NMODEMSB.EXE Compiled with StonyBrook PASCAL+ 6.0i
NMODEM88.EXE Compiled with BORLAND C++ 3.1 for 8088
NMODM286.EXE Compiled with BORLAND C++ 3.1 for 80286
NMODM386.EXE Compiled with BORLAND C++ 3.1 for 80386


The "C++" code is NOT exactly the same as the pascal code, but
the programs are very similiar.
