Castles Editor Docs

The editor is pretty self-explanatory. You can only edit the highlighted
castles (the dim castles don't exist). Just hit enter on the castle you want
to edit and it will stuff 30,000 gold pieces into your bank. It should also
beep to acknowledge the change.

Quick Notes: 1) Only the first 5 castles may be edited due to an
oversight (and laziness on my part).
2) The cursor on EGA mode might look real weird instead
of disappearing (laziness prevails).
