This is not a complete listing of the data that the game asks for, but
if you run the game a few times, it will ask you for something in this
chart.

I typed this chart for those who want to use the CAMPAIGN option in
Chuck Yeager's Air Combat. The crack that was supplied with the game
did not allow any command line parameters. So, rename your YEAGER.COM
crack to something such as Y.COM and then type YEAGER CAMPAIGN. If the
answer to the question that comes up is in the above chart, then type in
the answer. If it isn't, then just type in some numbers until you get
back to the dos prompt. Then keep trying until you get a question you
can answer.

Once you get into the game, you can then use the crack to start the game.
The game remembers any command line parameters used to start the game as
well as any options you have selected in the menus during the game. It is
not necessary to use the CAMPAIGN parameter every time you start the game.
By doing this you will reset any campaign you may be in the middle of.

This is a freakin' cool game and I think the campaign option will enhance
your enjoyment of it.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
