This is my second exercise on learning file compression. If you are not
familiar with the basics of file compression like bit manipulation, please
download a copy of ARCTUT.ARC in library 6 of IBMSYS and read it first.
Please read the file ZIPTUTOR.TXT before running the DEZIP.EXE program.
This exercise is intended to explain the zip file format and how shrinking
and reducing works as in APPNOTE.TXT in the PKZIP package. Please refer to
that file from time to time.
Comments and suggestions are much appreciated. Please send EasyPlex

The original dezip program in turbo pascal is from R. P. Byrne 72677,3305 and
can be found in IBMSYS Lib 6 as DEZIP.ARC
