TICKLEX

This is TickleX, the most powerful scheduling software available, bar none.
It requires an IBM-compatible PC/XT/AT with a hard disk, DOS 2.1 or greater
and enough memory to devote 480K solely to TickleX.

To install TICKLEX, you may follow either routine 1 or 2 below:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. If your hard disk doesn't already have a MANAGEX directory, run SETUP.BAT.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

OR

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
2a: Extract the TickleX files from TICKLX__ into a MANAGEX directory on the
hard disk.

2b: To prepare some essential files, print the manual, and (at your option)
install TickleX for use within MS Windows, execute the PRELIM.BAT
routine by entering "prelim" at the DOS prompt in the MANAGEX directory.

2c: To start TickleX, enter "TX xxx" (but substitute your initials for xxx).

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
