There are several ways to register the TreePlan for DOS package,
version 2.1.
To pay by cash, check, or money order, please print this file,
fill out the order form, and mail directly to Decision Support
Services.
To pay by credit card, please refer to the VISA&MC.DOC text file.
To obtain an invoice for billing your company, please print the
INVOICE.DOC text file, and give the invoice form to your
purchasing or requisitions department.
Please use whichever method is most convenient for you. In all
cases you will receive a formatted, laser-printed, bound copy of
the User's Manual, disk(s) of the latest version available at the
time your order is received, notification of the next major
version, and 90 days of technical support via postal mail, phone,
fax, or Compuserve.
