RECIPE FILE MANAGEMENT v. 3.2
Last Updated August 1993
First Step Software
==============================================

System Requirements:
====================
Recipe File Management requires 300K of free memory, DOS version
3.2 or later and 1.5mg of disk space.

Install instructions:
=====================
RECMGT.ZIP or RECMGT32.ZIP contains all the files for Recipe File
Management v 3.2 in compressed form. Use "PKUNZIP" or another
decompression utility for decompressing files.
You can delete RECMGT.ZIP after file decompression.
Recipe File Management should reside in a directory called "RM".

Special Considerations
======================
1. To start program type RM at C:\RM> prompt.
2. The initial load of the program will index all the data files.
3. Printing of the manual can be done by selecting "User Help"
from the main menu and then selecting "Print Info".
4. For evaluation purposes we have provided Sample Recipe data so
the operator can see how the recipes are stored and how costing
and yield adjustments are completed. We suggest that you spend
some time working with the sample data and familiarizing
yourself with the manual. Learn all the basic functions prior
to starting to add your own recipes.
5. If you decide to use Recipe File Management and register the
software we can be of additional help to you.
a. We can review your categories and advise you on the proper
Setup procedures.
b. We can review your Expense Item file and advise you on the
its proper Setup procedures.
c. For a nominal fee we can load your first 10 to 50 recipes.

Shareware EVALUATION version $6.00
(Fully functional program, sample recipe and product data,
User Manual on disk and can be printed) .

Registered version $95.00
Latest updated version, Printed User Manual and unlimited
phone support.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
