SYSOP DOCUMENTATION

This file provides information for BBS sysops on the
distribution of NewBiz via Electronic Bulletin Board systems.

You may compress, post and distribute NewBiz as long as:

- you explain the Shareware concept (copyrighted, try-before-
you-buy; continued use requires registration and payment of
a fee to the author) to your customers

- you designate NewBiz as Shareware and NOT as Free, Freeware
or Public Domain

- you make it clear that any charges involved ONLY cover your
service of copying/making available NewBiz, which does NOT
convey any rights to other than trial use of NewBiz

- you do NOT place NewBiz into any special area that carries
a higher charge than other programs or files

- ALL of the files listed in the NEWBIZ.LST file are both
included and umodified.

The right to withhold or withdraw permission to distribute
NewBiz from anyone at any time for any reason is explicitly
reserved.

For consistency and to help users locate NewBiz please name
the archived NewBiz files NEWBIZ10.*, such as NEWBIZ10.ZIP,
NEWBIZ10.LZH, NEWBIZ10.ARJ or, in the case of a self-
extracting file, NEWBIZ10.EXE.

Many BBSses customarily add a small text file (promotional
message) to an archived file. This text file describes the
BBS and tells people that the file was downloaded from that
particular BBS. Other BBSses add a small one-line message
with their BBS name and phone number to the compressed file,
which will display when the file is uncompressed. Either of
these methods of mentioning your BBS is acceptable and may be
used, provided ALL NewBiz files are otherwise unmodified and
complete.

NewBiz can be described as follows:

"Brainstorming Program to set up your own business", or:

"Brainstorming Program for generating ideas to set up your own
business on a shoestring, without requiring heavy investment"

NewBiz can contain a maximum of 200 (personal) assets and 200

(business) ideas.
Context-sensitive help is available throughout the program.
Because of the very thorough idea evaluation procedure
contained in the program, NewBiz can also be used as a
standalone Personal Decision Support System.

NewBiz is also ideal as teaching material for schools,
universities and other educational institutions where
Creative Thinking and Problem Solving is taught. Site
licenses offering discounts of up to 80% are available (see
the NBSITLIC.REG file or type NBSITLIC for further
information).

NewBiz runs on any IBM-compatible PC (XT, AT, 386 or 486
machine) with or without color and with or without printer.
DOS 3.2 or higher required.
