-Lists, Rules and Smarts- LR&S
707 Timberbranch Dr.
Alexandria, VA 22302

Dear Lists, Rules and Smarts,

I understand that:

If I want to be developer/distributor or vendor for a program in a state,
City, industry, occupation or other endeavor that I must send to LR&S a
note with this letter describing my experience and send LR&S three small
sample files of lists I would use in my endeavor. I have signed below
attesting that these files are my personal effort. I understand that if
you want them returned I must say so in the letter and provide a prepaid
return mailer).

Our terms are 50 cents on every disk sold or 10% of the wholesale price,
whichever is greater. Disks may not be marketed outside my territory
or business endeavor. The agreement shall run for two years and, if my
territory has been worked effectively, the agreement will be extended at
the same rate. A contract spelling out these terms will be sent.

I realize that it may take LR&S up to two months to evaluate my proposal
depending on competing proposals for my area of expertise and the
legal complications involved. I further understand that LR&S will
respond as rapidly as possible.

If LR&S is interested in my proposal please send me a contract for our
joint signature.

Signed ___________________________ Date___________

__I have enclosed a prepaid mailer. Pleaser return the disk if you do no
accept the lists.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
