ûÿ22ÁÁBy the time you look for the information you need, this
directory should have been changed somewhere; updated, new
information added, or corrected.

ÁÁThe object of this directory is to help Jews locate what
they need when they travel from their home cities to places with
which they are unfamiliar. It is to help a Jew in need of
something when traveling around the world.

ÁÁI do not want to put a price on this directory as I know
from experience that I could have made use of one when traveling
either for my job or for pleasure. I am currently employed but
not making enough to finance a major distribution of this
directory. I would accept donations, and my first priority would
be to create a nonprofit organization. I would send out receipts
if need be to show that I have created a tax deductible
corporation. I have been given quotes of $300.00 and more. Also
I would like to acquire a decent printer to be able to mail
copies to those who would like a copy.

ÁÁI do have a fax modem 9600 Baud installed, but as yet have
not been able to get it to perform as it should. Even when one
uses the modem to access the bulletin board, I hope to be able to
update and correct any errors that I have created. I have bought
travel guides before and have found them to be out of date. I
feel, after trying to keep up with my different subjects just in
the local area, that this is a full time job.

ÁÁI am unable to take collect calls at this time; even
returning calls is expensive. I am willing to try to answer
questions by mail or if calls are received while I am home. If
enough money is donated I would like to add a " 1(800)" line for
incoming calls and a "WATTS" line to be able to call around the
country to find out the correct information and to constantly
update this directory.

ÁÁI would also like to acquire a CD system for those who can
use that with their computers.

ÁÁIf there is anyone willing to donate their time and
expertise in helping me to understand how to use a Fox dBASE III,
I will continue to put the information on it. At this time all
the information is stored in WordPerfect 5.01. Also, if anyone
can help me transfer WordPerfect 5.01 to Windows 3.1, I would
appreciate that as well.
