***** USERS *****

This document and it's companion files (CONV_102.EXE and CONV_103.EXE)
are for users who have current inventory files created with v1.01/1.02/1.03.
If you haven't used HHG before, then ignore the rest of this document.


***** PURPOSE *****

CONV_102.EXE is used to convert v1.01/1.02 files to v1.04 format
(allowing longer comments and serial numbers).

NOTE: v1.01/1.02/1.03 files WILL NOT WORK in v1.04 unless converted
using CONV_102 or CONV_103


***** USAGE *****

FOR FILES CREATED WITH v1.01/1.02

- Type 'CONV_102' at the DOS prompt to start file conversion.

FOR FILES CREATED WITH v1.03

- Type 'CONV_103' at the DOS prompt to start file conversion.


You can convert all '.HHG' files with one session of CONV_102/CONV_103.
During file conversion the old (v1.01/1.02) files are renamed with a '.$HG'
extension (so that if you encounter any problems you still retain your old
data). The converted files (now in v1.04 format) retain the '.HHG'
extension.
