NEWS ON THE HOME AND BUSINESS LEGAL GUIDE AND FORMS GENERATOR

We have got loads of new features for you! Version 7.5 is a MAJOR
upgrade to the product.

1. SCADS OF NEW LEGAL FORMS

Our most popular feature is menu driven legal forms creation
(forms are valid in all 50 states.)

We are now up to over 160 categories, which will allow
preparation of over 190 types of legal forms and contracts.

New areas:

Buying and selling a business; limited partnerships

As always, we have:

living wills
living trusts
standard wills
real estate forms
personal (related to marriage, children, personal insurance etc.)
business forms for credit, sales, employment and more

2. NEW FASTER INSTALLATION! MUCH FASTER!

The program installs in much, much less time (under 1/2 the old
time!) although we have more data and forms. We have changed the
structure of the document files (but not the easy menu driven
building of the forms) and now save space and time. For any of
you who have installed it before, this will take (relatively) no
time at all.

3. BUILT IN WORD PROCESSOR

Many folks have asked for a way to change documents once built.
Our philosophy at one time was to discourage this, since lay
persons have a startling tendency to invalidate agreements by
making innocuous looking but devastating changes in legal
documents. However, the customer is always right. So, you'll now
find a built in word processor!

4. MORE DATA

We add a great deal of new data to our tutorials and statute
collection.

THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
