Enter Address i.e., Number and Street or Post Office Box here. Remember to use F10 to automatically put in a lot of the data for you and COPY/MODIFY for several clients in same locale.
Enter the City name here. By using the F10 key the city, country, etc are inserted for you. No typo errors either. Use COPY/MODIFY option to add several entries for the same locale.
Enter the USA State abreviation here. You can also use this two character field & the Zip field for foriegn country codes, or State/Province designations. F10 can help here too.
Enter the USA Zip code here. You can also use this field, plus the State field for any foreign country Alpha/Numeric address data.
Enter the country name here. Use F!0 to help reduce the amount data you have to type in. If you have several similar entries in the same area use the COPY/MODIFY option to save time.
Notes about contact go here. Such as: "Wifes' name is Beth", or "FAX line only", or "Birthday is 2-24-89". For you Motel/Hotel Users its a great place for Wake-Up Call/time requests.
Time zone specification in hours from GMT/UCT/ZULU time. Note: USA East coast is -5, West coast is -8. F10 will lookup & put this data in. Use COPY/MODIFY for many clients in same locale.
Enter the international access code here. The F10 key will put the access code for the USA, if known. For calls within the USA a 1. Other international calls consult your telephone company.
Enter the country code for the international country you are calling. The F10 key option will put this data in for you. Use COPY/MODIFY for other contacts in same locale.
Enter the AREA CODE here, for a call to/within the USA or Canada, or enter the CITY CODE for other international calls. Use F10 to put this data in for you, COPY/MODIFY to duplicate.
Enter the call prefix here.
Enter the call suffix, the last part of the number, here.
Enter the name of the telephone company & service here. Such as: WIDGET TELCO, WATS I. F10 will provide a list of many services or just type in your own Telephone Company.
Enter Direct Dial, or Credit Card, or Operator Assisted, etc. F10 will put DIRECT DIAL here, which you can modify if you wish
Enter the date that these rates are to start. For example most companies in the USA use January 1, 19NN, or July 1, 19NN. Your Telephone Company can give you the data. F10 will supply it too
Comment information about this service. Such as: "Not Available in Texas", or "Data Line Only", or "Party Line". Use F10 to get an idea of the others types of comments used.
Some telephone companies will give you a reduction on their prices as incentives. This percentage reduction reduces all rates by the same amount.
The name of rate period definition. For most calls within the same country this space would contain the word DAY, for the international call STANDARD. F10 will supply this info for you.
Enter the DAY or STANDARD rate. For example 133 cents for $1.33 Use F10 to get some Sample data. You can then edit/change this Sample data to reflect your Telco's charges.
This field will contain the Monetary units specified in your setup Menu (where you put in your Personal Registration Number) . For the USA the Unit must be Cents.
Enter the length of time for the charges specified. For example: 60 for sixty seconds, 6 for six seconds, 30 for thirty seconds. Use F10 to get a sample of the data, then modify it.
Enter the cost for second period. For example: 23 for 23 cents. F10 to get an idea of the type of data that goes in this field, & then edit/modify the data to conform to your Telcos' charges.
This data is supplied from your set-up menu. In the USA the unit is forced to CENTS. Use F10 to get a good example of the type of data.
Supply the period in seconds for the additional charges. Use F10 to get an idea of the type of data, and the edit/modify to conform to your specific Telco service.
The title of the second period name. For most calls within a country the title would be EVENING, for international calls the title would be DISCOUNT. Use F10 to get an example of this
Enter the discount reduction in cost from the DAY/STANDARD rate. The Sample value is supplied by using F10. You can edit the F10 data by using < or > keys on keyboard.
Enter the cost for the EVENING or STANDARD initial period. F10 will supply example data for you that can be readily modified by you in the Personal Directory ADD or MODIFY Screens.
This data was supplied by you in the Set-Up screen. In the USA this data is constrained to CENTS. Use F10 to get this data installed for you. It will save you a lot of typing.

The name of the NIGHT/ECONOMY period description.
