To install on hard drive (C:\), type A:\ (or B:\)install.

To run program after installation, type C:\dcare\begin.

To run program from floppy, type A:\ (or B:\)begin.


SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

640K RAM, VGA OR BETTER, DOS 5.0 OR 6.*.
WILL RUN UNDER WINDOWS, BUT RUNS BETTER
FROM DOS PROMPT. WINDOWS NOT REQUIRED.
SOUND BLASTER COMPATIBLE. MANY FORMS IN
ASCII FORMAT AND CAN BE PRINTED WITHIN
PROGRAM. OTHER FORMS REQUIRE MICROSOFT
PUBLISHER 2.0 AND WORKS FOR WINDOWS 2.0.

IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE RUNNING PROGRAM, FREE
SOME MEMORY BY REMOVING TSR'S FROM MEMORY.

IN ORDER TO USE MICROSOFT PUBLISHER 2.0
AND WORKS FOR WINDOWS 2.0 FILES, YOU MUST
OWN THESE PROGRAMS. WINDOWS REQUIRED FOR
THESE PROGRAMS.

If you use this program for more than 30 days, you
are required to register with the author. In return
you will receive support via phone, Prodigy, and
America Online, notice of upgrades (and a discount
on future versions), as well as many more forms and
shareware clip art. Registration costs $30 plus
$5 S&H (however you can receive S&H FREE - details
