"The create function is used to write a new record from the data on the"
"screen. Presumably you have edited/merged in data to make up the new"
"record. In a name and address file you might wish to add a record for"
"a contact who is employed by the same company as a person currently in"
"your file. Instead of entering all the data you call up the record"
