Contents of the READ.ME file
The following files are part of CTLBL31.ZIP. If you do not have all of these,
or you have more than these, you do not have an official release of CT-Label
3.1. Contact the author for a registered copy.
CTLABEL.EXE - Main program file. This is the program to execute when you want
to use CT-Label.
CTCONVRT.EXE - This program will convert a database from a version of CT-Label
prior to 3.0 to the current format. THIS IS AVAILABLE WITH THE
REGISTERED VERSION ONLY, and is NOT included in the shareware
ZIP file.
CTLABEL.DOC - Documentation for the use of CT-Label 3.01, including
instructions on how to register your copy.
CTLABEL.HIS - History of CT-Label by version number.
CTORDER.TXT - Order form to register and receive an official copy of CT-Label.
READ.ME - This file.
WARNING!.TXT - File describing a problem with data files created from versions
of CT-Label prior to version 3.0, and how to correct the
problem.
The following files will be created when you run CTLABEL for the first time.
CTLABEL.DAT - The data file that contains information about your tapes.
CTLABEL.IX - The index file corresponding to the above data file.
The data and index files can be renamed by using selection number 5 from the
main menu.
In order to facilitate easier distribution of the shareware version, the
registered version also includes CTLBL31.ZIP which contains all files
associated with the shareware version of CT-Label. This ZIP file uses the
automatic authenticity verification of PKWare's PKZip. Please do not rezip
this file. Do not distribute data or index files, nor the CTCONVRT.EXE
program. Please only distribute the original ZIP file.
