DISTRIBUTION POLICIES
All Programs and support files on the disks provided in the Rapid Prototyping
System Software package are protected by Copyright Laws. As such you are
prohibited from copying said Programs except as permitted pursuant to your
License Agreement.
Notwithstanding the above, Licensee may copy and freely distribute the
PRORUN.COM and sets created with the RAPID PROTOTYPING SYSTEM package, either
commercially or privately, provided the following provisions for the Program
PRORUN.COM are met:
1. The Program cannot be altered in any way, or renamed.
2. The Program must be distributed free of charge, except for a nominal
reproduction and distribution fee, which may be charged, not to exceed a total
of $10.00 per distribution.
3. The following copyright notice is placed on all distributed disks that
contain the Program PRORUN.COM: Copyright 1988 Genesis Data Systems, Inc. All
rights reserved.
4. A copy of this page setting forth Genesis Data Systems, Inc. distribution
policies are delivered to the Distributee along with PRORUN.COM and sets created
with the Rapid Prototyping System package.
