INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

16 2/3 ea chicken - whole
8 1/3 qt flour - plain
1/3 cup salt
1/3 cup baking powder
2 1/8 pt shortening - Crisco
2 3/4 qt water - tap
20 7/8 qt broth
2 1/8 cup butter
16 2/3 Black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

Boil chicken in salted water until tender, then skin and debone. Mix
dry ingredients. Cut in crisco until mixture is crumbly. Add water
to dry ingredients until moistened. Roll out on floured board until
thin. Cut into strips about 1 1/2 x 2 inches. Drop into boiling
broth. Add pepper and butter. Simmer, uncoverd, about 20 min. Return
chicken to pot. Cover until ready to serve.

1 1/4 lb chicken - boneless breasts
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp Tony's
1/2 cup worcestishire sauce
2 Tbsp Green Onion - Minced

DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

Melt butter in a skillet. Cut up chicken into pieces. Add chicken,
worcestishire, onions, Tony's to skillet. Cook for about 30 min, or
until brown.

INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

15 lb Beef - Roast
5 ea Onion - Diced
5 ea Bell Pepper - Diced
3 1/8 lb Hickory Smoked Worcestershire Sauce (French's)
1 1/4 cup Peanut Oil
3 1/3 Tbsp Seasoning Salt
1 7/8 cup Mayonaise
80 ea Swiss Cheese - Sliced
20 ea Soft French Bread

DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

The roast should be slightly frozen for best results in cutting, as
this allows you to slice the roast very thin. Place sliced roast in
bowl with worcestershire sauce for 15 to 20 minutes. While meat is
marinating Saute onions, bell peppers and 1/2 tsp of seasoning salt in
peanut oil. Remove vegetables from skillet and cook meat in skillet
until just browned adding remaining seasoning salt. Add the the onions
and bell peppers to meat and allow to cook for another 10 minutes.
Place french bread open face under heat under broiler until crisp.
Place meat mixture on top of the bread, cover with swiss cheese, and
broil until cheese has melted. Add mayonaise and serve with leftover
juices. Mum-Mum-Mummmm.

3 1/4 Tbsp Pepper
3 1/4 Tbsp Salt
2 3/8 tsp Red Pepper
2 3/8 tsp garlic powder
2 3/8 tsp onion powder

DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

Mix all ingredients well. Use on everything.
