This field actually consists of four sub-fields. You can enter up to four
codes, three characters per code. For example, if you want to generate a
VIP or priority contact list, you might enter VIP in one of the code fields.
Later, you can ask the system to generate a report for all VIPs in your
database. The field may also be used to identify the person's specialty.
Dr. Smith, for example, may be coded as HRT for "heart specialist," etc.
The application of the codes are limited only by your imagination, but be

There are four choices:
Last Name will prompt you to enter a last name
on which to search.
Company Name will prompt you to enter a company
name on which to search.
State Name will prompt you to enter in a state
name on which to search.
Return will bring you back to the Main Menu. (R)

field BLANK to go to the first record in the data base, which is
