NOTE: This registration form is only valid if it is the current version.
Current versions will be available at ALL distribution sites. This is
to prevent users from registering v1.0 if v2.0 is available. All cost
jumps in registering will be between big upgrades (i.e. v1.0-v2.0), the
cost of registering v1.0 will be the same as v1.9. This form is valid
if you are registering v1.0 and v1.9 is currently out.
