SCOUT-EM is a Shareware product, Copyright 1987/88/89/90 by
New-Ware, all rights reserved. Disk vendors who distribute
Shareware and public domain software on 5 1/4" and/or 3 1/2"
floppy diskettes are permitted to distribute SCOUT-EM
providing that the vendor's fee is less than $10.00 for the disk
containing SCOUT-EM files. Vendors who charge more than
$10.00 per disk are PROHIBITED from distributing SCOUT-EM in
any form with expressed written consent from New-Ware.

Vendors who meet the above requirements may distribute
SCOUT-EM only if ALL attendant files are included on the
distribution diskette, less VENDOR.DOC, and only if NO files are
modified in any way. The SCOUT-EM files that MUST be included
on the distribution diskette are:

SCOUT-EM.000
CONFIG.COM
RUNSCOUT.COM
RUNFILE.COM
REMOVE.COM
QUICK.RUN
WHAT'S.NEW
