- I encourage Shareware Vendors, User Groups, Online Services,
and Bulletin Boards to distribute QuickDir V1.32 under the
following conditions:

1. - As the sole copyright owner of QuickDir, Jim Olsen
SUPERWARE is NOT limiting the distribution of
the shareware version of QuickDir V1.32, by BBS's,
Online services or User Groups. Non-ASP or ASAD
vendors can also distribute QuickDir, as long as
the other terms in this document are adhered to.
Distribution rights are reserved, and will be changed,
so you must view this file for every release.

2. - CD ROM producers should forward a sample copy of
any CD ROM containing QuickDir. This policy is
NOT MANDATORY AT THIS TIME!

3. - All distributors are required to explain QuickDir
is Shareware. It is NOT FREE Software. Any vendor

which does not explain the Shareware concept is
strictly forbidden from distributing QuickDir.

4. - The QuickDir executable file must contain the words
SHAREWARE, and F4-Register on the main display screen.

5. - You MAY NOT distribute any version of QuickDir
containing 'REGISTERED TO:' on the main screen.

6. - You may not charge more than eight (8) U.S Dollars
for a shareware distribution fee.

7. - The distribution package is not modified in any way.
It MUST contain these 16 Files:

QD.EXE - QuickDir Executable File.
QD.DOC - Program Documentation.
QD.ICO - Windows QuickDir Icon.
QDHINTS.DOC - QuickDir Hints and Tips Documentation.
QDLIST.EXE - File List Executable.
QDLIST.DOC - File List Documentation.
README.DOC - Install/New Release Info.
QDORDER.FRM - QuickDir Order Form.
RELEASE.DOC - Release Documentation.
ASAD.TXT - ASAD Statement.
ASP.TXT - ASP Statement.
FILE_ID.DIZ - Product Description.
SUPRWARE.NFO - Superware Contact and Product Info.
REGISTER.DOC - Registration Information.
LICENSE.DOC - Licensing Information.
VENDOR.DOC - Distribution Information.
EUROPE.REG - (Not Required if US distribution).

- These files must not be modified in any way.
- Distributors are free to add their own
advertisements to the distribution package,
provided there are no more than two (2).
