Menugen by Mike Nagel Jr.

Menugen will allow you to create cutsom menus for DOS. First enter a
title. The title will be centered automatically. Then enter a menu
prompt and the required command line for the task. If you need to have
a multiple command line, use the { character in place of a carrage
return. Enter up to nine prompts and command lines. Menugen will create
MENU.COM.

MENU.COM can be run from the DOS prompt or used in a batch file. It
forces the command line you provided directly into the keyboard buffer.
It can be used to start any program (including another MENU) and even
pass a command or two to the called program. Menu also returns the
errorlevel of the menu-option. It can be used in a batch file with
the DOS -IF ERRORLEVEL-. To select a menu-option, use the arrows to
highlight your selection and press return, or enter the menu option
number.

If you wish to have multiple menus, rename each one as you create it or
it will be over written by the next one.
