DISKSIZE summarizes hard disk size, usage, and space available. It is
particularly useful for multiple drives, since it uses only one screen line
per drive, and includes a simple bar graph indication of the fraction of the
available space that has been used. It is offered as "freeware" with
no charge or warranty.
Useage:
DISKSIZE disklist
Prints a line of information regarding each disk drive in disklist.
Information includes disk volume label, size, space used and space available.
Disklist is a list of drive letters. Colons and spaces in the disk list
are optional. For example,
DISKSIZE cde
shows disk usage on drives C: D: and E:. I suggest creating a batch file
called HD.BAT (for Hard Disks) containing DISKSIZE followed by the letters
of your drives.
Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!
This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.
But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
