Here's a LOG-ON screen for your menu program.
To make it work, here's what you need to do:

HOW TO CREATE A CUSTOM LOG-ON SCREEN FOR DIRECT ACCESS

Go to C:\MENU and REN LOGO.TXT LOGO-1.TXT to save the
original screen.

Copy the enclosed LOGO.TXT to C:\MENU.

Go to the MAIN MENU SELECTION screen, press F1, D,C.
Cursor down to ENTER USER NAME & spacebar to
change to ON. Leave Project off - it's a pain.

Press ESC, then Y to save changes. Press ESC again.

Press C for PROGRAM CONFIGURATION. Cursor down to
USAGE TRACKING and spacebar to ON. Notice the
line heading to the left now reads USAGE TRACKING
[Validation Off]. Cursor UP & spacebar to change
that to USAGE TRACKING [Validation ON].

Press F7, U (for USER VALIDATION list), (a slight pause),
Now type in your list of PASSWORD names for access to
your computer. I would suggest your initials to start
with as they are easy to remember and quick to use.

Now press F10 to Save and Run Menu.

At the MAIN MENU screen, you will notice a new option
listed -- F5 LOG OFF. Press F5 to view this handy
opening screen!

To edit this screen: Go to DOS C:\MENU, Press F12, enter
TEXT, select OPEN, click mouse on the blank rectangle
and type LOGO.TXT. Now press the INSERT key, position
cursor and type over or spacebar over (to remove
unwanted letters) the parts you wish to change!

THERE YOU HAVE IT! A CUSTOM LOG-ON SCREEN FOR FREE!

I had a lot of fun creating mine! Change the message to
something that gives you a chuckle every time you turn on the
machine. That's what I did!
