LQ800/1000 FONTS

These fonts were developed for an Epson LQ800/1000
attached to an Amiga, but seem to work fine in the
DOS environment. To load a font, simply
>COPY prn
and wait for a couple of seconds while the font is
transmitted to the LQ. From then on, the printer will
print everything in the requested font until you reset
the printer, turn it off, or load a different font.
I have adapted the Amiga command file to print out a
demo of the fonts called LISTFONT.BAT. Just execute it
to get an idea of the variety of the fonts available.
I left the original Amiga names (some > 8 characters) in
the document as an aid in identifying each font's characteristics.
