THELP is a permanently resident function for Turbo Pascal help ON-LINE.

After executing THELP, ALT-R will cause a "window" to open and the
THELP menus will appear in them. When you are through, ESC will close
the window and return you where you left off. THELP is still resident
and taking up memory space so it can be recalled at any time. To remove
THELP, you must re-boot your system.

I have it installed automatically during boot-up as a line of code in
the AUTOEXEC file.
