Here are the files, such as they are. The commenting ain't great
and the coding is weak, but it works. I hope you can figure it out.
I originally wrote this code to change the colors on a
captured screen. The screens were captured using the same code
and a memory resident utility code utility for TURBO 3. That
may explain why it is like it is.
I did this because I never found out how to change the pallete and
it was easyer for me (I didn't have to go in and change all the
colors, someone else did!)
