If, after deleting these files, you find you wish to access them
again, they are all present on your installation diskettes and
you can regain them by either reinstalling Paradox, or recopying
them from your installation diskettes. In the README file on the
Installation/Sample Tables Disk, you will find a comprehensive
list of all of the files on the installation diskettes.

If the file is listed as part of a ZIP file, then you will need
to use the UNZIP utility to recover it. Copy UNZIP.EXE from the
Installation/Sample Tables Disk to the root directory of your
hard drive: COPY A:\UNZIP.EXE C:\UNZIP.EXE. Insert the disk that
contains the ZIP file into drive A. Change directories to the
directory that you wish the file to be copied to. Type

C:\UNZIP zipfile.ZIP filename.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
