LICENSING AGREEMENT

Following are the only terms by which K-Soft permits other parties to
distribute this program throughout the world.

General terms:

K-Soft allows and encourages all bulletin board systems and on-line
services to distribute this game by modem as long as no files are altered
or removed.

Shareware vendors may distribute this program alone on a floppy disk if the
fwing are conditions are met:

1. You explain the shareware concept and describe this program as shareware.
(Shareware is "try-before-you-buy" software, and the price paid by users
for shareware is a distribution charge only).
2. You credit K-Soft as the publisher of this software in all
catalog descriptions and any other written descriptions.
3. You sell only the most current version of the software and for less than $5.
4. No files are modified or deleted.

If this program is distributed in a retail environment, please send us a copy
of your packaging as soon as the packaging has been manufactured.

You may bundle this K-Soft game with new hardware (computers, sound
cards, etc.) as long as you don't modify or delete any program files.

Please contact us if you would like to distribute K-Soft products
in a new different way.

Your right to distribute under this license is personal, and does not
include any right to sub license the Program.

This License may be terminated by K-Soft by giving a 30 day advance
written notice.

Except as expressly licensed by K-Soft, we have and reserve the exclusive
copyright and all other rights, title and interest to distribute this program.
