This MS-DOS Zip file contains the CPU Meter, the CPU utilization
reporter mentioned in the March 1991 issue of DBMS magazine. The
file can be extracted with PKUNZIP, which is available in the
Library section of this listing service.

CPU Meter is a public domain OS/2 CPU utilization reporter that
we've made available on Telepath, does not give an indication
of time waiting for disk I/O to complete.

Type "download attachment" (or "dow att" for short) at
the prompt.
