This is a fix for PJ03837

It fixes the BLACK ICON problems. You only need the PMWIN.DLL if you are
NOT running with an XGA display. Copy both files to the OS2\DLL directory
and shutdown and re-boot.

    But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
