CD-SHARE Update

Changes : CD-CACHE

CD-CACHE Version Beta 0.1 now supports EMS memory for caching.

1.1 ANY disk error sets media changed bit & flushes cache for
drive. Occassionally, the odd error would go undetected &
cause garbage data to be returned to the redirector. This has
been cured

1.2 CD-Cache didn't set the request header return
code for successful reads from cache - both CDC.EXE and
CDS.EXE updated to set return code. This problem affected only those
programs that don't use MSCDEX (e.g. Books in Print).
