This program is very easy to use. The minimum requirements to run this
program are :
1) A %100 IBM compatible computer
2) A SoundBlaster Sound Card
As you can see this program does not require much, and is desgined to run fast
on even the slowest machines. To use the command line version just type
'VOCPLAY ' (leave out the <>) , and it will automatically load
the .VOC file upon execution. If you do not want to use the command line version
just type 'VOCPLAY' and pick the correct settings from the menu. I hope you have fun
