This program was developed on a PC's Limited 286-8 with an
EGA adaptor running PC-DOS 3.20. The source code was compiled
using one of the following compilers:
1) TICKTOCK.C - Turbo C version 1.00.
2) TICKTOCK.PAS - Turbo Pascal 3.0.
