This zip file contains the 2.51 version of TD386.EXE and the
TDH386.SYS device driver. TD386.EXE is only the protected mode
kernel. Its main job, among other things, is to set up the two
virtual-8086 partitions in memory, load TD.EXE into one of them, and
load your program into the other one. Therefore TD386 loads TD.EXE.
This can be the current (2.50) version that you already have. You
probably don't need the new (2.51) device driver, but we have included
it 'just in-case'.

Note: You still must NOT have DOS=HIGH in config.sys. That is a
seperate issue that we are currently working on.

And, as usual, 386 memory managers (CEMM, QEMM, 386^MAX, EMM386)
cannot be used in conjunction with TD386.
