This is version 1.1 of ProgHelp, a memory-resident program that provides
shift codes, scan codes, ASCII codes, and color codes for programmers. The
main difference between this version and its predecessor is that ASCII codes
values can be displayed either in decimal or hex. The change is in response
to requests from users.
