supplementary material for Victor Volkman's series, "Fading-In
Custom Controls For Windows 3". THIS ARCHIVE CONTAINS SUBDIRECTORIES,
so be sure to execute the program as follows:
fader -d
in order to properly create the subdirectory structure required.
