Hi, here's the files for Inside Visual Basic March 1992.

Note, that we had to change the code in the Conver.BAS module that
performed our angle conversions because the code for the SUB Convert,
while it performed on our original tests, didn't work for all pairs of
angles. The code in this download file does produce the correct results
under all conditions in the range -360 to 360 degrees.
