Contents of the README.DOC file
This is a lotus worksheet to keep track of your monthly gas and
electrical bills. A macro named "m" is set up to handle all
routine entries. Press the alt and m keys at the same time to
start the macro.
Macro options
1. Gas Data
Use this option to enter your meter readings, dates and cost of
gas from your utilitiy bill.
2. Elect. Data
Same as gas data.
3. Print Report
Prints a report showing the current billing period as well as the
year to date and monthly totals.
4. View Graph
Shows a graph of monthly gas use and electricity use.
5. Print Graph
Prints the graph. Set up string is set for Okidata printers.
Use the printer options menu to change the setup for your printer
before entering the macro.
6. Quit w/save
Saves a copy of the updated file to disk before exiting the
macro. After exiting the macro, you may manually alter any mistakes you
may have made in entering data.
Note: The formulas for calculating the dates assume a calendar
year of 1988. This may be altered in future years.
