Coffers.wk1 is a Lotus spreadsheet which calculates federal
retirement. WARNING! The results are not exact. If you have
less than 5 years of federal service, your pension will be over-
estimated by 0.5% for each year under 5. The treatment of
Social Security is "simplistic".
