Deductions, and Tax Items, by Size of Adjusted Gross Income

1) Footnotes do not convert, please call 202-874-0408 for a faxed copy
of the table with footnote or refer to SOI Bulletin issue Spring 1992
page 20, Table 1.

2) ASCII text conversion will not convert any columns with notes on footnotes.
Again check SOI Bulletin issue Spring 1992, page 2, Table 1.

3) the file with the suffix FMT is needed for the WK1 file format.
