LINUX utilities 2.0 (with source): Rick
Faith's package of all those dozens of little
utilities that belong in /bin /usr/bin, and
/etc such as passwd, domainname, clock,
fasthalt, ipcs, makehole, many, many more.
NOTE: If you use a file system which limits file names to 14 characters
then you should look over the Manifest file before untarring. You
will probably want to selectively untar the contents and then
rename the files as each is extracted to a name compatible with
14 characters (only those using the minix file system need be
concerned).

This is a distribution of all those (Linux-specific) programs that
"belong" in /bin:
domainname ed hostname kill ldd login more newgrp passwd setterm wall

Man pages are included for all of the programs.
This release is the logical successor of utilb-1.3, and contains many
new versions. Of note: domainname, newgrp, and passwd are new.

This is a distribution of all those (Linux-specific) programs that
"belong" in /etc:

Stephen Tweedie's latest mount, umount, swapon, and rdev.
David Engel's generic front-end for fsck and mkfs (fsutil), with
supporting changes to fsck.minix and mkfs.minix.
Theodore Ts'o's latest setserial and dmesg.
Krishna Balasubramanian's System V IPC support programs: ipcs and
ipcrm (with new man pages).
Version 2.1 corrects an uploading error in version 2.0.
