TSTPAL -- Test Palette (EGA required)

The EGA will display 16 out of 64 colors at one
time. The programmer can select which 16 by placing the color
value (0 - 63) in one of the 16 color map entries.

TSTPAL is a utility that allows you to view all 64 colors of the
EGA. The squares displayed represent the color map entries 1 - 15.
0 has been left out since it is the default black entry and changing
it would change the background color. By moving the cursor left and
right you can select the entry you wish to change. By moving the
cursor up and down you increment or decrement the value of the
current color map entry. The initial colors are the default
EGA colors.

This utility will not permanently change the colors of the EGA,
it's purpose is simply to show the user all of the color choices
and allow you to easily see colors next to each other.
