SWITCH

The SWITCH program can be used by anyone with a dual monitor system (one
monochrome, one color) to change the active display from monochrome to
color or vice versa. When SWITCH is run from the monochrome monitor the
monochrome screen is blanked and its cursor is turned off. However, if
a switch is made to the monochrome screen from the color screen nothing
is done to the color screen; both display and cursor remain the same.

SWITCH and the assembler source are both placed into the public domain.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
