HICLRTST.EXE V1.0 November 10, 1991

The program accompanying this readme file will display all 32,768
possible color combinations on SVGAs which use the TSENG ET4000
and SIERRA HICOLOR RAMDAC. Execute the program to receive on screen
directions.
It has been tested by the author only on the Diamond Speedstar VGA
but it should work on any SVGAs using the above mentioned chips. A
test is performed to determine the presents of the SIERRA RAMDAC and
if not found THE test will not run.
